Pros

The job teaches you patience and resilience, whether you want than lesson or not.

Cons

This place slowly grinds you down, and it starts to feel ridiculous pretty fast. The raises barely make a difference and workload keeps growing so you're basically doing the job of two people with nothing to show for it. Nights and weekends just become part of life, but there's no thank you, no recognition, nothing Leadership expects this weird level of worship, and any feedback you get is usually verbal and aggressive instead of helpful. Over time it turns into a form of quiet abuse where you fee watched, mistrusted and worn out. Management never listens, people keep leaving, and the whole thing feels like a mess that no one at the top wants to fix.

Pros

The facility itself was well-maintained and the equipment did what it was supposed to do.

Cons

• The people running the place were promoted because of who they knew, not because they could actually lead anyone • Every decision that came down felt like it was made without talking to the people actually doing the work, which meant most of them did not make sense when we had to implement them • There was no support or guidance from above when things got complicated, just silence and then confusion about why things fell behind • The direction changed constantly because whoever was in charge seemed to have no real vision, just competing ideas about how things should work • I watched people leave because they could not get clear answers to basic questions about what was expected of them
