Pros

Following are the Pros - Growing company - Nice and co-operative colleagues (not management) - my department, regulatory affairs, was good. I am giving one extra star because of regulatory affairs department and Director of Regulatory affairs. Director is the nicest and talented person of the company

Cons

- Top management does not have backbone, show is run by so called Consultant - I have heard consultant was debarred by FDA in 90's (I am not sure), who runs the show and supposed to be owner of the company - If you are employee here, it is considered as u r employee for 24 hours for the company - There is non-compete clause and contract agreements which in these day and nights are no where in other companies - You need to take permission from HR If you want to celebrate colleague's birthday or any other celebration - Consultant (owner) will want to finish things yesterday and if things are completed then he will not even thank for that work

Pros

The benefits package is solid, including tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits. The onboarding and training were practical and useful. Plus, my team is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. When things get busy, managers are always there to guide and support.

Cons

Accuracy matters here, which means almost nonstop attention to detail.

Pros

The facility itself was well-maintained and the equipment did what it was supposed to do.

Cons

• The people running the place were promoted because of who they knew, not because they could actually lead anyone • Every decision that came down felt like it was made without talking to the people actually doing the work, which meant most of them did not make sense when we had to implement them • There was no support or guidance from above when things got complicated, just silence and then confusion about why things fell behind • The direction changed constantly because whoever was in charge seemed to have no real vision, just competing ideas about how things should work • I watched people leave because they could not get clear answers to basic questions about what was expected of them
