Pros

An amazing team of people to work with. Effective management. The pay is decent and the benefits are nice. After years of experience in the biotech, I found exciting opportunities to grow here. No frustrating and useless meetings that prevent me from accomplishing my daily tasks. It's easy to stay concentrated on my priorities. Our management puts a lot of effort into keeping people motivated and happy.

Cons

I can't think of any big cons. If you're a good specialist willing to work in a team and develop your professional skills, you will enjoy great career opportunities here.

The benefits package is solid, including tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits. The onboarding and training were practical and useful. Plus, my team is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. When things get busy, managers are always there to guide and support.

Cons

Accuracy matters here, which means almost nonstop attention to detail.

My coworkers have been great to work with! It’s frustrating that such talented people go completely unnoticed and unappreciated.

-No opportunities for growth or advancement. -Hard work and dedication are constantly ignored. -Performance and loyalty receive little to no reward. -Management takes employee efforts for granted. -Going above expectations is met with no recognition.
