Pros

Nothing..even HR left when I was working here...

Cons

Low salary, employee abuse, h1 visa employees with a 3 years agrements that look like slaves, obligating them to work on weekends for free or been fired.....and much more..they even chech the time a worker uses when going to the bathroom. ..worst than slaves..

Thank you for your feedback - although disappointing it is important for employees to let us know how you feel. At KVK Tech we follow the highest standards of cGMP and therefore require the close monitoring and documentation of all policies, procedures, manufacturing and business activities. Our focus on quality and safety is paramount to our success. As a quickly growing company there are times that we request employees to work on the weekend to help meet the growing demands of the customer. With this growth comes opportunities for employees. In addition to the career growth we track all overtime hours; non exempt employees are paid overtime and the exempt employee's overtime hours are review and taken into consideration for the year end bonus paid in December.

Pros

The facility itself was well-maintained and the equipment did what it was supposed to do.

Cons

• The people running the place were promoted because of who they knew, not because they could actually lead anyone • Every decision that came down felt like it was made without talking to the people actually doing the work, which meant most of them did not make sense when we had to implement them • There was no support or guidance from above when things got complicated, just silence and then confusion about why things fell behind • The direction changed constantly because whoever was in charge seemed to have no real vision, just competing ideas about how things should work • I watched people leave because they could not get clear answers to basic questions about what was expected of them
