Pros

There are no PROS for this company. Quality was pretty much shelved and it is surprising that the FDA has not shut down this place yet - it was raided in 2021 and the FDA has not let up. PLT! Read the reviews from FDA and Internet regarding the MANAGEMENT. One or two people really run the company. And they appear to be running it into the ground. Also it appears that any POSITIVE comments posted appear to be fabricated to make the place look better than it is. Even if you are destitute - think twice and read the warning signs.

Cons

There was no future here. Most everyone works hard and Overtime is expected (unpaid if salaried) but no kudos for any accomplishments. Working from home is not generally allowed. The workers are generally nice but almost Everyone is unhappy including the 75% H1 employees. Management will not listen to anyone to change anything for the positive. It is so sad - I feel bad for everone who walks through those doors every day, except the owners who run the company. Very unprofessional and the turn around rate is very high. It is a mess.

Pros

The benefits package is solid, including tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits. The onboarding and training were practical and useful. Plus, my team is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. When things get busy, managers are always there to guide and support.

Cons

Accuracy matters here, which means almost nonstop attention to detail.

Pros

The facility itself was well-maintained and the equipment did what it was supposed to do.

Cons

• The people running the place were promoted because of who they knew, not because they could actually lead anyone • Every decision that came down felt like it was made without talking to the people actually doing the work, which meant most of them did not make sense when we had to implement them • There was no support or guidance from above when things got complicated, just silence and then confusion about why things fell behind • The direction changed constantly because whoever was in charge seemed to have no real vision, just competing ideas about how things should work • I watched people leave because they could not get clear answers to basic questions about what was expected of them
