Pros

Learners Edge truly cares about each and every one of their employees. They want you to learn & grow as much as possible.

Cons

This is a small company so there is little room to move up positions - but definitely a great place to work that increases salaries yearly!

People are friendly and keep you informed on things that you need to do. Guidelines are clear.

Cons

When they changed pay programs it was a little frustrating, but the new one is good.

Great work environment. Very non-toxic management. Friendly employees.

Cons

Upgrade path is very flat. Can be overwhelming with number of ongoing projects and limited staff resources.
