Pros

I love working for K12 Coalition. They provide excellent benefits and job flexibility as well as career growth opportunities. I also enjoy working in the education space because it allows me to work for a company that transforms the lives of individuals.

Cons

Currently, I don't have any major cons of working here. We are fast-growing and there is a lot of work to do, but that is exciting.

People are friendly and keep you informed on things that you need to do. Guidelines are clear.

Cons

When they changed pay programs it was a little frustrating, but the new one is good.

Great work environment. Very non-toxic management. Friendly employees.

Cons

Upgrade path is very flat. Can be overwhelming with number of ongoing projects and limited staff resources.
