Business Outlook
Pros
Working with students, families and staff.
Cons
The climate can feel hostile at times. Expectations are such that a person working on salary with a Masters Degree could be working as many as 60 hours or more per week without additional compensation. There is very little to no room for advancement. The teachers lack support in order to assist their students. The teachers often feel threatened rather than supported in their efforts to help students. There is no union or regular state pay scale. This is a virtual right to work program.
