K3 has many strengths. I feel incredibly supported to be able to deliver in a creative environment and I'm empowered to make decisions . Over the last 12 months there has been a real change which has led to K3 to become a more professional and collaborative organisation. K3 now has clear focus and objectives which are communicated well throughout the organisation - there is still work to be done - but it does feel like we are on the right track. K3 offers genuine flexibility to all its employees
