Pros
That is a good question...lots of time away from family, minimal pay and per deim if you qualify. Once job is done they don't place you to another site that is in need. Instead they send you to the unemployment office to file for benefits.
Cons
No employee loyalty. A lot of being jerked around and told this or that but lack follow through. They do not attempt to place you even when a position is open that you are qualified for. They do not care if your benefits expire or if you are places within the company or move on to another company. You can give years of service and they don't look twice at you once their needs are fillied. Typical big company..more concerned with lining their pockets than the welfare of their employees.
