      Pros

      Good pay ,with plenty of opportunity for overtime . Saftey and doing quality work were priority.

      Cons

      Manangement stuck in their ways . Employee's all talk about everyone behind theirs backs . You are just a number to the company . I worked thier all year and they took one day of holiday pay for Thanksgiving and moved it to Chistmas week , then laid off 5 people a week before Christmas break and cheated all of them out of 1 day of holiday pay that they had worked for not to mention Christmas holiday .

      Steady and stable job. Good benefits overall and nice family leave policy.

      They don’t do a ton for their employees outside of work but no major negatives.
