Pros
Diverse people Pretty good training program - many opportunities to attend training sessions for soft skills, management skills, etc. Alternative working week Opportunities to work abroad in places like Dubai, Singapore, Africa, Khazakstan, etc. Good department culture - team holiday parties, outings, etc.
Cons
Not very flexible work schedule (i.e. no working from home) At the time, few available projects meant less interesting / available jobs to gain experience
