Pros
You will need to be a self-starter in this position, capable of seeing a problem and solving it on your own. You'll most likely never see anyone other than the Territory Manager and then only by "accident" as the super routes do not allow one on one assistance. The pay is great for a part-time position, one of the best.
Cons
Be prepared for no benefits, no assistance, no holiday pay (that's because you'll already be working them for straight time). Be prepared for a massive hour cut in the last quarter to make up for the over-spending in the preceding quarters. Be prepared to work your tail off on force outs so that upper management can hit their numbers and gather up their bonus. Be prepared to be the fall guy for any errors even if you are on your day off. Be prepared to "train" new managers beginning with merchandising 101 because any QUALIFIED manager won't be working for this company.
