Pros
Salary very generous esp. with no qualifications. Most people you meet within the team are kind and down the earth. Annual salary reviews are ok but not in line with inflation
Cons
They have no clue what they are doing as an organisation. No structure, cannot decide on whether to unite the two parts of the business or not. Management is poor and the follow up with HR is poor. Implement terrible managers which causes mass turnover
