Pros
Global constuction company, so interesting assignments all over the world. Project in many industries: power, oil & gas, chemicals, highways, even some aerospace sometimes. Good pay, flex time, and good benefits such as 401(k) matching and good health insurance.
Cons
Company chock full of dead weight left over from time as a government contractor, and too many 3rd worlder coming in. As a result, management is very disorganized, inattentive, inconsistent, unreliable. Pass the Buck should be the company motto.
