Lots of work to be done, but lacking in supervisorial support and consideration for employees' happiness - Environmental Scientist KCI Technologies Employee Review

In my particular location, the emphasis that my supervisor put on satisfaction or happiness of employees was hugely lacking. Promotion within the company was common, but not always rightly warranted. During busy months (May-October) there is a lot of overnight travel-maybe 70%-I guess this could be a pro for some. This office has high turnover.
