Pros
ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is something you usually don't get a chance to involve yourself in, and KCI has a great ESOP program, 100% vested in 5 years. Large firm, regional presence, lots of work opportunity.Good people, if you are proactive and seek interaction.
Cons
Easy to get lost in the weeds unless you prove yourself. The different disciplines rarely interact with other disciplines, almost creating High School cliques.
