Pros
The people are great, the company is pretty transparent, and the retirement packages are awesome. This is an employee-owned company, so you'll get the price of stock shares deposited into your retirement account.
Cons
Due to the extra benefits, your salary may seem on the lesser side of the industry. Technical staff won't get substantial cost of living raises if it'll change their chargeable rates to clients higher than the management wants. The healthcare premiums are fairly high as well.
