      Pros

      This may be as a direct result of COVID... But the flexibility and work environment is AMAZING. As long as the work gets done and you are in the office a couple times a week... All its well. No mandatory showtime or go home time... Just get your work done.

      Cons

      Nothing unbearable. Occasional workplace drama... But the drama here is still less than any other place I've worked.

      No CAD or data collection standards officewide or company wide, no remote Fridays, does not train you on tasks, does not give detailed instructions
