Pros
I feel as though this is an organization that is open to and accepting of feedback. Our leadership welcomes questions and feedback monthly to be answered during monthly company wide meetings. They work to find long term solutions to major issues, and try to provide short resolution as well. As a Recruiter for the firm I am very happy with my team and how my boss manages me. I do not feel micro managed and always have the support of my team members.
Cons
It is a smaller organization than I'm used to, not really a true drawback to KCI but it can be hard to adjust at first when coming from a different sized company. We currently going through some growing pains, and as to be expected some processes need to be updated, but overall we are handing them well.
