Pros
The company works in many markets in the US as well as in several disciplines, so when one market or discipline has a slowdown, the impact isn't as severe, as other markets/disciplines can pick up the slack. Very employee focused with lots of corporate initiatives that employees are able to take part in, including DEI, wellness, green committee, etc. Wellness incentives/contests throughout the year, activities surrounding the corporate charity, and other voluntary activities make it a bit more fun and allow you to get to know people from other offices. ESOP is a huge benefit--6% of your salary each year and the value has been increasing in the range of 20% every year. There are a lot of generally nice and helpful people that work here. Flexible work hours and telework options.
Cons
With the size of the company and so many disciplines, sometimes it can feel like you or your discipline gets lost in the shuffle. That said, there are ways to make yourself/your discipline get noticed, if you are motivated to do so.
