Pros
Like the title says, KCI is a great place to work for. Everything is laid back and your schedule can be flexible to a degree, if you need to tend to things outside of work. Pay is alright and overall it’s a better place to work at than most in this field.
Cons
No real cons to note. I’ve been here almost five years and I am happy.
