Business Outlook
Pros
If you really work hard and show an attention to detail, you will be rewarded and made to feel appreciated. Pay is competetive. Do som research on average local pay for a position and it will be reasonably close. Work on a wide array of projects, learn a ton about utility engineering. If you have a little bit of experience and a willingness to learn, you will be trained in specific things you will need to know.
Cons
90 probationary period without benefits. You are expected to perform and held accountable, can be very stressful if you aren't used to it. Job may involve (paid) driving from Baltimore to DC every day. Traffic is bad.
