Pros
Most supervisors are good, understanding people. Very clean office space, good pay.
Cons
Upper management does not communicate. Some of the upper management seems to enjoy intimidating young, new employees. My training was almost non-existent, and what there was of it was irregular and broken up. I was expected to catch on very quickly with a huge amount of procedure and information. Mistakes were met with sharp criticism and being called into a conference room for another round of intimidation rather than instruction and correction. Later in employment was told my work was very good and was asked to train a new employee to do my job, for the reason that the workload was just supposedly too large for one person. Out of nowhere I was then terminated, upper management refused to give me a specific reason.
