Pros
The working hours are flexible which is good if you are a student or have a lot of other commitments. There is room for cross training, you can learn how to work in all areas of the restaurant.
Cons
The work can be difficult and tiring. As the KFC I work in is open until 4 AM, sometimes trying to serve customers who are very drunk can be frustrating.
