Flexibility and Diversity are some of the stronger aspects of KFC, allows many young part-time workers the opportunity to gain experience whilst maintaining a strong work life balance.
Cons
Low labour and maintenance cost, often create bottleneck or serious health and safety situation. Whilst any older work force will struggle due to having a higher W.A.C.L. Perfect for young worker, but a company that struggle to deal with ageing work force.
