They say that they believe in people and give opportunity to grow in the company. But I think that is totally different because I tried for team leader and passed my interview and the ops questions unfortunately I was a few marks away in my maths and English. And I was failed. I have the ability to be a good team leader, it's a shame they could not give me the chance to prove myself. The maths in the store is not rocket science. I am not happy with that.
