No training Rota Changes all the time Hours change all the time Work every weekend / holiday Low pay talk in other languages and not in English management sit in the office while a cashier does 4 other people's jobs. Takes orders, packs order, takes the money, makes burgers, runs freezer to fyer, and also help front counter. Told we are not allowed to ring in sick Get disaplined for taking sick days Don't get payed after a certain time, even if still working Take hours off staff if they won't stay or cover a shift Get spoken to like crap by customers and management family member dies. You still have to attend shift. Not a good enough reason to take the day off
