You can get a good sense of team work within the restaurants. Flexibility is requited and when youre a manager the job is both physically and mentally draining.
Cons
Long hours - far more than specified No time is ever given back They don't give you tools to do a proper job Culture from head office completely different to restaurants No social life for being a flexible workplace Unrealistic demands of managers and staff who get minimum wage Backstabbing is rife in KFC everyone knows everyone Cliquey groups Important news isn't spread to those who are affected by it first Immature staff
