Cons
I started from the bottom at kfc as a food service team member, i was all ways motivated to learn new things about my work every day, so my development was fast. I was appointed to be the store trainer within three months and because of my dedication i was also helping out at some restaurants in our franchise. I was then appointed to be Assistant Manager and i did my best and have unbreakable records on customer service and operational procedure. I am currently working as a Restaurant General Manager.
