Pros
Free meal. Can go home and not think about work. Generally nice co-workers. A good supervisor will make working here fine. A bad one will have you telling them where to go and walking out!
Cons
Shifts altered at short notice. No guaranteed hours per week, over 8 or 4. Supervisors tend not to listen to your explain actions for things. But on the other hand they forget and tend not to hold grudges. If you just keep in mind that your immediate supervisor is getting the same pressure they are giving you, you'll be fine.
