Pros
You will likely be working with a great team of people. Requests for time off or specific shifts will generally be listened to - just make sure you specify everything in advance. You are constantly busy and never bored (though some may see this as a bad thing). You get a free meal on your break.
Cons
Becomes very monotonous if you do the same job for the entire shift. Like any job in customer service, some customers are incredibly difficult to deal with and will at times appear like they want to physically kill you no matter how polite you are. Large scale employment of 16-18 year olds means that there is always demand for older people to do late shifts, which involves heavy cleaning duties.
