Pros
The best reason to work here is that its easy, especially if its your first job. And the customers are pretty nice
Cons
Its a franchise, which means we don't get benefits like you do when its a company. Also a lot of times there is only one person on front counter. The worst thing about working at KFC is that most of us don't get enough hours or enough pay; and when you ask for a raise, you don't get one unless you quit and come back.
