Pros
I had many opportunities to be in control of many areas but not many other things were good about working at the two locations I worked at. The manager at my first store was great and the second one sucked. Most of my supervisors were ok though.
Cons
The owner of the franchise I worked at was not involved and only cared about the numbers on the paper. He didn't care how we treated the customers and it was discouraging on how we opperated.
