Pros
There is a paycheck, Some members are nice and will let you shadow them. Some helpful customers. friendly faces. the door when i walk out.
Cons
worked endlessly. I wished the training was much more precise. I enjoyed helping and learning more but there were many things that were left unknown. I started helping orders, then making biscuits "which i am not supposed to do due to age", cleaning buffet, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and dealing with angry customers because of the lack of chicken in the buffet. I was never given a break although after I would walk in the back working hard I would spot other team members eating and drinking. My schedule sucks because she put me down for horrible hours that I told her I diddn't like. well, I enjoy having a job but if there were more than 4 people in the building there it would be very easy instead of not actually being a cashier.
