      This is a heavy top down company. All the ideas flow through higher up. Hard to get into the inner circle.

      Pros

      I was given real work and had a manager who was always willing to help. The firm culture is welcoming as well.

      Cons

      The internship did not have a lot of feedback structure, so I had to go out and solicit it myself.
