Pros
It is a job with compensation. You can basically get as much overtime as you'd like in the summer.
Cons
Hard working conditions, few breaks, tedious/repetitive labor, standing all day on thin rubber mats will ruin your legs and feet. Most of the work occurs in the summer, with winters being almost dead.
