Pros
Many hours to work. Work schedule flexibility. Gym. In the summer time they hire a lot of bright,smart college students for a summer job which can be a delight to talk too, but by the end of the summer they are all pretty much sick of this place and don't plan on coming back.
Cons
Passive aggressive/ blame game type of atmosphere. Terrible training and poor management. Too political. ONE break. You can be working your tail off and management will still try to find something to criticize. Even if your new and your still learning, a co-worker will run and tell HR or management about you...instead of you know..communicating like adults and telling you whats up. As a tech 1 in assembly, I found myself running around the whole plant to make sure things were running smoothly, because if I didn't we would either get bad,wrong,late or mixed up parts from fab and shipping. Had to do the managing myself. Moving on from this place was a blessing. One other thing.. last year we all once got a letter from KI regarding a raise we were suppose to get. I open this letter just to see ....get this ...$0.01. You read that right, a ONE CENT RAISE..and that was right after the record setting year for sales. There's nothing much to say after that. You deserve better.
