      Pros

      decent pay. Good coworkers. Quality products.

      Cons

      Terrible Management, managers are number crunchers and do not know how to coach or motivate. Inside joke is "the KI way" because you cannot question how things are done. If you do you are labeled as having a bad attitude. Micromanagement. Sales have been decreasing for 4 years straight because all the good sales people leave and they replace them with people with no experience.
