      Pros

      Nice work environment, management is really good to relate to, good earning potential.

      Cons

      If you do not want to go into field sales, upward momentum is VERY limited. it is also a lot of administrative work and doing small tasks for your field reps; days are long and they sugar coat the job to get you in the door.
