Pros
I've worked for all kinds of companies throughout my 25+ year career. For the most part, I've always enjoyed what I do & the companies I've worked for.
And then I started at KIND. I had NO idea just how much I could love my work and my company until I started here. No other company compares to KIND.
First impressions when I first started (which I think are just as true today): everyone is hard working, intelligent, great at what they do... there's respect & professionalism throughout the organization & as cheesy as it sounds, everyone really is KIND (& it's not fake at all)!
I love how everyone strives for excellence & is encouraged to think like an owner. The Zeel chair massages, monthly KIND shipment, Mindfulness/Meditation series, Monthly Birthday Fun, Doc In Office Hours, Happy Hours, Spirit Days, Volunteer Activities, our new Bevi Sparkling Water Cooler, Weekly Yoga, Summer Friday Hours & other fun activities are nice too... but overall, it's the people at this company that make it so special.
Cons
The ONLY thing I can really complain about is that we all struggle with having enough meeting rooms. But they've done an amazing job making the most of the space - creating telephone booths & casual meeting spots throughout the office when meeting rooms are all booked up.
