I feel extremely lucky to have chosen to build my career at KIND. When you walk through these doors, you can sense there’s something different about this place, something intangible and special – the quotes on the wall, the
“bar bar”, the friendly people. I’ve been at the company for 5 years, and every day I walk in excited and eager to come to work. I truly enjoy the work I do, there’s constant opportunity for growth and learning, senior management is always approachable and I never feel like an idea goes unheard, there’s amazing entrepreneurial spirit and empowerment among team members, and my ultimate favorite - we have the best team I’ve ever been part of. The incredibly, incredibly strong teamwork exemplified at KIND, speaks to the unique culture. And I’ve never seen anything like it.
Cons
We are growing, and it’s necessary to add in some standard processes. Some are good, some aren’t as good. They have addressed this issue, and they are working through how to eliminate unnecessary process.
