      Flexibility, autonomy, purpose driven, employees are well taken care of, leadership demonstrates willingness to make changes

      Cons

      Since Mars acquisition, there is relentless focus on cost optimization - sometimes at the consumer's expense. Workloads are very heavy, a 40 hour week is not feasible.
