- school provided no discipline to the students and let them run around, throw things, assault TEACHERS and STUDENTS! - if you ever get sick, this isn’t the place to work! They’ll let you take time off if you really need it, but then they will hold it above your heads and threaten to cut your pay even tho they have an unlimited PTO policy. - will be asked to do many things outside of your job description for no extra pay. Ex: cover science or math or any other set of classes, do arrival and dismissal duty, or lead a club after school - principle has no backbone and used bad jokes to cover up the fact that he had no clue how to deal a school of black and brown students as a white man who did TFA and now things he can lead a school full of POC - Their off boarding process is terrible and messy
