      Pros

      Fair compensation as base salary was raised after my first year working there by 10 grand. It’s a supportive environment with a lot of solid coaching and a place where I made valuable relationships with other teachers.

      Cons

      Extra responsibilities such as coverage happens if you don’t have a full class load.
