Please use caution for Kipp NJ - Teacher KIPP Schools Employee Review

1st experience working at a charter school. Please be weary. Teachers are overworked and underappreciated. As a Kipp teacher you are required to submit around 10-15 culture surveys on top of lesson plans. Beware of the surveys bc they are used against you. The administration would love to cover up how teachers are really treated but there is no job security, you can get fired at a whim and they actively create cases for teachers they want out of the school. The teachers are required to teach the state tests.
