Pedagogy cult - Teacher KIPP Schools Employee Review

There is no work life balance. You are forced to be more a drill sergeant than teacher. The whole work hard, be nice motto only applies to how KIPP admininstrators treat their own. Thanks to wicked bond they have with Teach For America too many KIPP teachers, deans and principals aren't even certified by the Department of Education to do their job. So that means you most likely have to answered to an unqualifed, uncertified novice who knows little about their craft or the kids of New Orleans.
