Not Okay - Teacher KIPP Schools Employee Review

Management. I have no problem with the long hours, hard work and dedication that it takes to be a teacher. I have a problem with management playing favoritism. Management giving their favorites interview retries on several occasions instead of seeking a more qualified person for the position. I have a problem with the people who received promotions to administration are not professional, lack of leadership , class room management skills and produced lower test scores than the local schools district. Their is a lack of support for first year teachers and result in poor results. Poor results means we are not living up to our standard of a college prep.
