Pros
Mission and intent to provide higher quality of life to disadvantaged students.
Cons
Leadership team across the entire region has a “my way or the highway approach.” Turnover is really high, lots of good, quality people do not stay past 2 years. Very cliquish organization with the Academics team leading the way in creating a division and clear separation of “classes” between the different departments at the regional office. Too much nepotism and favoritism starting at the top!
