Pros

Kizik has some great people and has a very start-up feel but has a huge growth and innovation mindset. They are making tons of innovations and footwear and working there was a lot of fun.

Cons

I felt very underpaid for what I did, but I realize they are a new company so hopefully they continue to pay better. They also didn't have benefits for most of the time I was there, although they are slowly rolling those out.

Too many 'priorities' on how to grow. Leadership needs more focus.

Pros

Nothing to do, so you're getting paid to stand around and look nice. Really easy money. Store manager is the most chill person on earth, amazing co-workers who are super nice.

Cons

since there's nothing to do, you get bored easily. Higher ups watch the cameras a lot and get upset at you for that.
